GOOGLE BLACK VERSION “BLACKLE”

Google is a search engine which was uses frequently. It uses white screen and consumes high energy.

A search engine is a searchable online database of internet resources. It has several components: search engine software, spider software, an index (database), and a relevancy algorithm (rules for ranking)

From above consumes high energy reason Google created a black version of its search engine called “BLACKLE”. It functions the same way as White version. It consumes lower energy. According to the calculations it would save 750 Mega watt-hours a year.
“BLACKLE” was created by Heap Media. BLACKLE searches are powered by Google custom search. It was born to saves energy because screen is black .

Monitor requires more power to display white screen than a black screen. Image display is done initially by function of the users color settings and desktop graphics, etc..

The BlogSpot was found that the black Google would save 750 Mega watt-hours a year.
Even though the energy savings are small when they are add up it will be considerable amount

If apply the BLACKLE as the homepage when ever you load internet browser you will save a little bit of energy but every bit counts.

Each time you see the BLACKLE page load it will remind about the need of save energy.

Umm, it doesn't really save energy. Yes, on CRT displays it does, but on most LCDs it will actually waste more energy than the real Google. I would argue most people have LCDs these days and those who don't, will soon.

There are around 22 different versions of “black google” online. The best one I’ve found is www.cleanblack.com. Cleanblack is the only version that allows you to change the text colors of the google search results. Try it yourself by going to www.cleanblack.com/theme/
