Hmmmm... what can this offer that a laptop can't? It is just as inflexible as laptops are, but it is bigger and you need an extra monitor to operate it.
When I was a child I was used to play on a similar hardware, it was called "Chip", but we had to connect it to the TV and load games and programs from tapes.

Looks a lot like the old Commodore 64 and 128. I suppose that's not a bad thing.
